'Filthy/Gorgeous' is about transgender prostitutes while 'Take Your Mama' deals with coming to family members. Despite this, Shears stated, 'I don't believe sexuality really matters when it comes to music.' In an interview featured on the DVD, Shears states, 'The fact that some of us are gay affects our music the same amount as it does that some of the members of are straight.'
